Nuissance Wildlife Program

Bats, Birds, Groundhogs, Muskrat, Skunks Opossums, Raccoons, Squirrels, Snakes and other nuisance wildlife.

This program covers scheduled appointments, emergency, late night, and weekend appointments.

Our program includes a full inspection, setting of removal devices, and all trips necessary to end your wildlife conflict. We also provide a written report that
addresses all wildlife entry with estimate to repair wildlife damage and prevent future conflicts. All of our repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of two years.
Once nuisance wildlife is removed, a twenty day guarantee period will go into effect. Any activity that arises within the guarantee period will be addressed on a
per-animal basis with no additional set up fee. Any activity after the guarantee period will require a new set up fee

Yearly Mole Program

This program is all inclusive and covers a full 12 months of service. During the months of March, April, May, June, September, October, November we will be on
site once per week looking for and addressing both old and new activity. The other five months we are on site every two weeks. However, if weather conditions are
favorable for moles, we will be on site once per week during these months as well. Our goal is to identify and eliminate mole activity in your turf and landscaping and
stop any moles at the perimeter of your property before they create those unsightly mounds and tunnels. And as part of this program, if a mole is able to avoid the
perimeter control, we will respond the same day if possible but never later than two days including weekends and holidays. If not addressed, they can cause
considerable damage and we simply will not allow that. The cost of this program covers all trips and all moles removed. No fuel surcharges other hidden costs will
be incurred.

On-Demand Mole Program:

This Program is designed for smaller yards or yards with a minimal amount of mole activity. With this program, all moles in turf and landscaping will be removed. Once
this is achieved, traps will be removed and a twenty day guarantee period will go into effect. Any activity that arises within the guarantee period will be addressed on
a ” per-mole ” basis. Any activity after the guarantee period will require a new set up fee. No fuel surcharge or other hidden costs will be incurred.
